The OKSA have designed a curriculum that emphasizes position specific technical skills combined with tactical decision-making to ensure the right information is received at the appropriate level.
As coaches and educators, we are well aware of the importance of providing a solid foundation for our players.
OKSA strives to develop our students to reach their full potential as soccer players and as young adults.

Position Specific Training for Existing and Aspiring soccer players:

The OKSA is committed to providing the highest level of training available.
These position specific technical clinics encompass the specific technical and tactical needs for all specific positions on the soccer field.
Furthermore the clinics Technical Staff will also be focusing on the Psychological and Physiological needs of a players specific position.

Program Objectives:

INTENSITY OF TRAINING
  • Non-stop movement and activity by the players keeps the players mentally focused and physically engaged in the activities.
The inherent demand of constant physical engagement allows for high levels of athleticism as well as a player’s psychological acceptance and understanding that soccer is a hard, fast and physically intense game.

PSYCHOLOGICAL & PHYSIOLOGICAL PERFORMANCE
  • In a 90-minute game, where a split second can be the deciding factor between victory and defeat, the pressure and responsibility placed on the player can be severe.
We will also focus on adopting the compete mentality and understanding the mental barriers that can occur in pursuit of your goal.

TECHNICAL SKILLS DEVELOPMENT
  • Repetition is fundamental in developing the comfort and confidence required to deal with the infinite number of demands the beautiful game requires.
Techniques will vary from fundamental to highly creative.
